"One other guest we meet called it the hotel from hell, which somes it up properly. A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....

"Bem legal o hotel. Café da manhã maravilhoso e funcionários excelentes e simpáticos . Perto da cidade. Dá para estacionar nos estacionamentos pagos a poucos minutos de carro. Fácil localização. Voltaremos e recomendamos."

"Unique property well maintained and quite Serene , great staff"

"Amazing gem in the Montalcino nearby area in the heart of Tuscany! The place is beautiful with a very interesting history and never hurts that it is in a winery to enjoy great Brunello while there. Minnie the manager was simply amazing with endless tips, information, and help. Thank you!"

"Beautiful property and breathtaking views, but the overall service was disappointing and not what I would expect given the rate we paid per night. 1) Basic amenities were repeatedly missing. Hand soap and body lotion were not provided at check-in. Despite requesting body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion multiple times from different staff, they were not replenished. "Michele and Sara are awesome. Michele greeted us and got us settled in. He provided local information on things to see, do and places to eat. We were extremely happy with our room. It was unique and well appointed. They had a small tray with biscotti and an Italian liquor waiting for us. Shower was hot. Bathroom great and well lit. Bed was very comfortable and the best pillows I had found in Italy. It is located in a centuries old palace. The room had some of the original stone exposed which...

"This is our new favorite place to stay near Montalcino. It is beautiful beyond words, and the rooms are fantastic, spacious, comfortable, and just perfect. We will be back!"

"We loved it!"

"A truly special place!"

"Staff was great! Made the stay feel like home"

"Staff very welcoming. Property very clean and beds very comfortable. Bathroom very nice. Only complaint are the walls between the rooms were thin and I could hear the adjoining rooms. But about 10:30 pm, everything went quiet and slept well. Plenty of parking on property. Great restaurant near by recommended by staff, “Il Grillo Moro”, definitely top notch. Would stay again."

"We truly had an amazing time staying here. the staff was so helpful. The room was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend if you would like to stay in a piece of heaven. We can't wait to visit again."
