Cozy Condo in Sapphire NC

Our Hilltop Villa is a relaxing, beautiful and comfortable place to call your home away from home while vacationing in one of the country's most pristine locations without paying outrageous prices. We are perfectly located at 3600 ft elevation in the Smoky Mountains, 2 miles east of Cashiers, 12 miles east of Highlands, and just 2 1/2 hrs. from Atlanta.
You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay including wireless internet, 3 TV's (Large flat screen TV ), DVD/VCR player, wood burning fireplace, covered deck which includes plenty of seating. Pets are welcome! 2 dogs max please.
A beautifully furnished great room with large comfy leather sofa, loveseat and recliner, and 55” flat screen tv along with nice size kitchen and dining room for 6 completes the upstairs. Downstairs includes the master bedroom with king size bed, nightstand, reading chair and flat screen tv. The master bath adjoins the bedroom with separate large vanity. The guest bedroom has full bed and nightstand with dresser and tv. Both baths have tile floors and showers as well as large mirrors and ceiling heaters. All towels and linens are provided. Upstairs is oak hardwood floors, downstairs is luxury vinyl plank. No carpet!
Off the back of the master and guest bedroom you will find our cozy enclosed sleeping porch with day bed and trundle bed.
Our home includes a laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer.
Our large covered porch for outdoor relaxation is located off the living room on the upstairs level with views of the mountains. We find it very peaceful to sit out here and feel the cool mountain air.
Our home is a short walk to Fairfield Lake which in the summer has canoes, kayaks and other fun boats to rent.
This area boasts numerous golf courses, fine dining restaurants, locally owned bistros, shops, grocery (Ingles) and
gorgeous waterfalls as well as many other attractions.
All Wyndham Resort Amenities are available to our guests (fees not included). The resort provides golf, tennis, recreational center with indoor and outdoor pools. Saunas and hot tub, gym, mini golf and game room. In the winter months snow skiing and snow tubing!

Summer Retreat from the Heat

While the outside of the condos look a little tired, the setting is beautiful. Woodsy, hilly, but not isolated. The location was easy to find each time we returned from exploring the area. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I would rent this condo again.

Perfect location for a visit to Sapphire and cashiers

This property was the perfect rental for our five nights stay in Sapphire, North Carolina. All the beautiful walking trails and waterfalls were within a short drive, the farmers market and tons of restaurants were about a five minute drive away and beautiful Lake. Fairfield was just a walk down the hill. The two-story townhouse had a lovely porch off the living room where we sit many evenings and enjoyed our wine. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable for some great nights of sleeping and enjoying mountain air. The communication with the owner was 100%. It was the perfect place for my husband and I and our two pups.

Great Getaway

Property was very clean and comfortable, and location was great. The town of Cashiers was close by and so were the amenities at the Sapphire Country Club which we enjoyed. We had a very nice getaway from the heat at home and hope to do it again next year!

Great Family Condo

We really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect setup for our family. The bed was comfortable, the living room was spacious and we appreciated that it was a smart TV so we could enjoy some shows after our little one went to bed. The location was perfect as it was just off the main road and less than 10 minutes from the crossroads in Cashiers.

Waterfall Weekend

We wanted to check out Gorges State Park and Find other waterfalls. The property was a perfect break when we weren't hiking. Very Cozy with an awesome porch. Owner was super nice and accomadated us well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Stay

Condo was very thing advertised. Great for a small family or two couples. Deck looked brand new and we spent 3/4 of our time on it. Even though you were among condos, you felt like it was the middle of the woods, except for the highway noise nearby, but we got used to it. One of the advantages for a family is having access to the Resort facilities, especially the lake which was down the hill. We would easily return again.

Peaceful vacation

Me and my furry child stayed here for a week. It was very comfortable and peaceful. The bed was ultra soft, just as I like it and I slept so well. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The living room was very cozy as was the back porch with the rocking chairs. It was nicely located near the Sapphire Valley Resort and right behind Fairfield Lake. The big flat screen TV in the living room was nice for movies at night. I also enjoyed using the Wi-Fi and my Verizon cell phone worked just fine here. I look forward to staying here again in the future. I hated to go home!

Escaping the heat for the Holiday weekend

We had a great Fourth of July getaway and enjoyed the cooler temperatures in this lovely area. The condo was clean, well appointed and exactly as pictured. It may matter to some that there is no bathroom on the main level, but it was ok for us. A small glitch in the master shower was noted and will be addressed by the very responsive owner. We enjoyed the central location and great access to resort amenities. Just a short drive to several waterfalls, hiking areas and great restaurants. Cashiers and Highlands have plenty to do on Independence Day, and a great small town flavor. Thank you!

New Years

We had a wonderful time. Our stay included our 11 year old son and 17 year old daughter who both had a blast. The amenities make everything worth it. We played putt putt, the arcade room, pool, hot tub , sauna and the fire pit is 24/7 which was wonderful to roast stores and tell ghost stories. This was a vacation we all enjoyed. The only issue I have is the sunroof which has a bed had no heat or air so we had to leave both other bedroom doors open to heat the other room. Overall we had a wonderful trip and we most definitely will be returning to this exact condo. Check in was easy as well and navigation of the property. My son loved someone had left cards so for the first time ever our family payed go fish and war each night outside which was lovely.

Beautiful Vacation Spot and Comfortable Condo!

Our stay began with a big surprise...we had to check in a little late (6pm) and it was already dark. I made the mistake of walking in and slowly feeling for a light switch near the door not knowing that there were stairs descending to the bedrooms immediately to the right. Yes, I fell down that half-flight of steps not knowing where I was or where I'd end up, but thankfully I didn't break anything! And the BEST thing about this condo is that the beds are SOOOOO comfy which really helped my sore back and neck muscles. So I would wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone, but warn you to PLEASE be careful when you first walk in and if it's after dark, turn on a flashlight and don't take a step to the right! (Maybe the owner could install a motion sensor light on the porch?)
