In the district of Cala Sinzias 5 km from the centre of Costa Rei, 11 km from the centre of Villasimius, 63 km from the centre of Cagliari, in a sunny position, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Private: small garden.
