"The pool was not heated instead it was extremely cold on a colder day which was not pleasant. Initially we booked because we knew the weather would be kinda cooler and windy so when we seen it was heated we were sold, but since it wasn’t we didn’t stay by the pool long and instead went back to our room with upset kids. "

The front desk team was also great. Thank you all so much. I continue to sing your praises to the rest of my family who will visit Dallas!"
