Lovely warm pool - gorgeous decor and loved the kitchen space and the 2 bedrooms. Nice to have the extra exterior laundry and additional bathroom. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Never got any directions on how to access the property.

Worst communication by a host we’ve ever encountered. We never received any direction on how to get to or into the house despite contacting the host twice by email and once by phone using the numbers provided by Vrbo. We only got into the house with the help of two security guards and the housekeeper who gave us the code for the lock box and showed us what keys worked in which locks. Not sure what we would have done if we arrived at our actual check-in time after the housekeeper had left. I contacted the host again to let him know we had figured out how to get in but he didn’t respond. My husband called and emailed for the Wi-Fi info and the host finally responded..but ONLY with the Wi-Fi name and password—nothing about our stay or issues with entry to the house. He then emailed to tell us to contact him through What’s App. That’s fine but maybe provide that information to Vrbo or give us that number BEFORE we arrive. House was reasonably well cared for and in a nice quiet location but will never deal with this host again.

I recommend it we really enjoy our time, only 15 minutes of chapala where all the restaurants are... the house it's the same as the pictures on the advertisement with a gated community..

Nice place - a few things to improve

The house was comfortable and pool was a blast with our kid. However, I would suggest the following: * needs to improve cleanliness - kitchen cabinets, coffee maker, were very dirty; bathrooms also needed a better scrub. There is a handyman in the property who never knocked on the door when he came into the property (even though we asked him the first time to let us know that he was coming in - as he scared us the first time). Overall it was a nice 3-day visit, and we enjoyed the view and the garden a lot!

Nice view of the lake in a nice gated community. Inside country club complex if you are a golfer

Affordable and plenty of room, separate bedrooms and baths for privacy. You will need a vehicle to move around, shopping and entertainment are 15 to 20 minutes fir me it work perfect I would recomend it.
