"Do not stay here unless you want to hangout with homeless people in the lobby and stay in a filthy room. Elevators didn’t work, shuttle driver left and did not take us to the airport so we had to take an uber. Staff at the reception are helpless and useless and there are countless sketcky individuals loitering around the property and even inside. One guest told me someone broke into his room and stole his property, but I would not be surprised at all. AVOID"

"The office chair the room was stained and the sheets had stains and rips. The views of the river were nice and the location was convenient. This property needs some upgrading. Staff was friendly."

"Bad: quality of room lacks. No fridge, no microwave, bring your own pillow and towels. Those provided are the most basic of basics. Key card malfunctions so be prepared to visit front desk often. This hotel is not like any other chain that I’m aware of…it’s like they pasted the chain name to attract. Not sure if this is a Philly standard but not worth the money imo. Good: a/c was super cold. Property was quiet and guests were friendly. Staff was courteous. Ample parking. There’s a Dennys and New Philly Diner within walking distance. Water pressure was ridiculously powerful!"

"The staff was kind of rough with attitude like he was doing us a favor . The interior safety latch door lock was broken. In the shower they got soap dispenser with no soap , the bathroom door lock needs to be adjusted or replaced The room smells got cigarette smell we have to buy an air freshener to try to blend the smell. I’ll will think twice about staying again in this hotel"

"Stayed here just because of catching an early flight. Would never stay for any other reason. The room was not really clean, there were hairs left on the floor. Also you will not get any sleep if you don't bring ear plugs. The only convenient thing was that they had an airport shuttle."

"There was a problem with room heating.( maintaimce man said it affected whole bldg).We requested extra blankets, which helped.( didn't have to sleep in jackets. The maintaince man brought us an electric heater from his office this made a vast difference.We are in our 80"s, so need a bedroom above 64 degrees. Hopefully we will get a reduced rate stay soon. Thanks"
