"This was my third time staying at the Blossom Hibiya. The location is probably my favorite in all of Tokyo--close to Ginza, 20 minutes subway ride from Shibuya, near tons of subway stations, great food, etc. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the rooms, though a tad small (large for Tokyo standards), are always clean and comfortable. The views are incredible and the breakfast buffet is a solid option."

"Did not love the fact that the reception shares a space with the bar, the bar was quite packed every night so shuffling through that space and a crowd of people with luggage after a long travel day was a little annoying. Other than that the rooms and staff were excellent and the location was superb. "

"Loved the care from the staff at this hotel. From the guys at the front door, to the gorgeous girls in white operating the rotating girl, front desk team, restaurant staff, spa staff, room service - faultless. I felt so recognized and valued. The hotel breakfast is lovely, as was room service and is well located near Ginza. The design is a little dated but in pristine condition, and the customer care more than compensated. Well done to whoever is training the team! And thank you. "

"The Imperial Hotel is grand, excellent concierge service, very well located, helpful and abundant staff. But the room we were given was dated and in need of refurbishing and the hotel dining was disappointing."

"Typical smallish Japanese rooms but everything was crisp and clean, included PJ's for you to use. Had humidifiers in room if you choose to fire them up. Ironing stuff too along with standard coffee maker. Bathrooms were clean and very functional with both small tub and stand up shower. Breakfast was included for extra $$. Buffet style so many, many choices to make you happy with that. Location was great with easy, under 5 min walk to subway, depending on which subway line you wanted. Tons of restaurants and of course, 7/11 stores everywhere. Tokyo commercial fish market has relocated, but there is still a wonderful left behind area that is only a 15 min walk away - well worth going to."
