"The unit was absolutely beautiful and had every little touch we needed plus more to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The property was clean and the proximity to the beach was great for us and our kids. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in cocoa beach! It was also walking distance to a great breakfast place, Whisk & Grind that we walked to every morning. "

"A few negatives. (1) We were not informed about parking in our arrival email that our unit had a garage. That would have been useful to know our first night. (2) we had a difficult time getting the TV on to a particular station. It would be helpful to have directions and which remotes to use written up and taped to the Tv stand. (3) there were no dish towels to dry dishes. (4) in the big bedroom the lamp on closest to closet door wasnt plugged in because power strip was pulled out of wall but not accessible because behind the bed. (5) we couldn’t find the trash dumpsters. (6). The patio door was very difficult to open and close and the track is extremely dirty. "
