The property consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, and the other with two singles. The lounge-diner opens onto an American style kitchen equipped with all that you may need during your stay.

In the exterior there is space to park the car, and a furnished porch with an awning, as well as a barbecue area. In addition, there is a garden area with lawn.

LOCATION

This holiday home has a great location, the beach is 10 minutes drive away, and the town centre only five minutes.
Holiday homes in Conil de la Frontera are very in demand in peak season, as well as at other times of the year.
Between May and October the town´s population swells and there is a lively buzz on the streets, and year round you can enjoy the pleasant climate that favours the Costa de la Luz.

There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
