"We chose this home because the location was great to access the rail trail . The location is very quiet and convenient to Rt 6 . Beause I have allergies we typically don't rent dog friendly homes but this was fine. We found it clean enough and comfortable enough, but were disappointed that there isn't a "hot tub" as advertised. Its an indoor soaking tub with jets. "

"Easy access to conservation areas and National Seashore great! The motel is old and needs work. Door with screen into little patio did not close. Microwave was OK. Hot water dispenser didn't work. King bed was comfortable. Interior paint job needs retouching. Plenty of hot water. Heating/AC way too loud."

"Room was large, clean, and comfortable. The indoor pool was a lovely addition. Would have preferred an included breakfast buffet. Room is serviced only every other day (they do inform you of this in advance)."

"Great location near the beach and really cool house. Architecturally interesting with an old cape feel but well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more on a getaway weekend."

"Cottage was quaint. The location was amazing - very peaceful and quiet. Our favorite place to sit was in the two swinging chairs overlooking the bay. The sunsets were absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back."

"Words can’t describe how awesome this home is, but I’ll give it my best shot. To start, I booked this less then 24hrs prior to arrival and Tara and team absolutely came through. All their extra, add-on packages are so unique and we took advantage of them. We came during the off-season for purposeful quiet time and it was silent! All you could hear was the ocean. The house is meticulously kept up and simple decor, yet elegant. The little, heartfelt takeaways were just the icing on the cake. I will say, the kitchen is down right awesome. Everything is brand new and serves to show how much they care about this property. I can’t recommend this place enough. Unbelievably awesome two night stay. Thank you, thank you, thank you. "
