Now is your time to relax in one of 2 on-site pools. Our efficiency comes with 2 queen beds, full kitchen, wireless internet service, cable TV., and again, beautiful Gulf View with a private balcony! The picture really does not give justice to the incredible view. The grounds are immaculate with tennis courts, recreation areas, children's playground, BBQ Pits, paved walkways to the beach and parking right at your door. Just a short trip into town for great dining and shopping. We look forward to you enjoying Gulf View efficiency as much as we do!

This little condo has everything you need for a stay on the beach. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, plenty of kitchenware to make meals and the complex has a boardwalk to the beach right beside this building. It was perfect!

My sister, her daughter, and grandson stayed here. They said they had a wonderful time. Loved the beach access. Saw dolphins, hermit crabs, and enjoyed the beach and swimming. Nice comfy stay. Hope to return in the future.

Views were great from balcony. Unit is well equipped & maintained and suited my trip with my sister perfectly. Security at entrance was a bonus. Saw mostly family groups while there at beginning of spring break, no overcrowding anywhere including the beach.
