"Our experience at the Hard Rock hotel Bali was very positive, enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of extras we didn't expect. It was very busy at the main pool and slides and almost impossible to book a cabana. However, at the gym wasn't busy and the spa, sauna and steam room were empty pretty much all the time. The staff were fantastic."

"Everything was excellent except for the service provided by the photography team. They took our pictures and my husband had to chase up with the photography team there. They took the money and when my husband messaged on WhatsApp, they saw the message but didn't reply.They replied after 3 days. The photo was seem like was edited in rush.We had no issues with hotel staff ,service, food and amenities. All awesome except, the photography team led us down."

"The staff was amazing. Friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was something to relish, the croissants were a highlight. Fresh fruit and a wide selection of gourmet dishes. The room very comfortable and attended to throughout the day. The huge infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean was never crowded, relaxing."

"We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."
