"Terrible. Do not stay here. Smelled of mildew and the room was far from clean. I can’t decide if it was mold or despair infecting the microwave, but that was minor compared to the fact the carpet in the room was moist. Then, in the morning, the “breakfast” didn’t exist. Probably because there was no one there and the lobby was locked up tight. Disgusting. You’ll feel better sleeping in the dumpster near by than in the room. And the dumpster probably offers a better breakfast."

"We came to Cape Girardeau for graduation and stayed here for the weekend. The beds were comfy, the outdoor space was lovely and the kitchen was spacious. They have a dart board, plenty of games and movies and have a pool table you can actually use because it’s not crammed in a corner! The hosts are wonderful people who respond quickly. My family all wished we had time to stay another night."

"Very quiet and peaceful location. Easy to find with directions provided by host. GPS was accurate as well. The lake was relaxing to view and the hot tub was huge and immaculate! The cabin itself was very clean, cozy and comfortable. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this place and its owners. Would definitely book again if we’re going to be in the area in the future."

"The ad and picture for the hotel is a little deceiving. It shows a large fountain in front of the front lobby. There was none. This is the former Quality Inn Hotel was not good at all. The hotel has been cleaned up and rebranded. The room was nice. My only concern was all the bugs that were outside the room door and flew into the room when you opened your door at night. The other thing that I did not like was the surprise $100 fee that I had to pay up front for potential damage to the room. This...
