"From arrival to departure our stay at the Mercure was great. The lady at reception was a delight and made us feel welcome. We were upgraded to the superior king room which had a great view of the city. The room was very quiet. The bed comfortable. We really loved the bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. The only down side was the pool as it was supposed to be 31 degrees but it was no where near that temperature. Very cold to the point where we couldn’t swim without freezing. ...

"Lovely place. Neat clean and had everything we needed. Only used it to sleep and eat and go out again as we were there for our childs sporting carnival. The only trouble we had was one of the split systems kept tripping in one of the bed rooms and needed to keep reseting outside at the unit. It was a little chilly over the weekend in VIC, so really needed it to just work."

"Very spacious. Comfy bed. Loved having a washer and dryer and being able to see kangaroos in the back field. The coffee maker didn't work but the kitchen was well equipped. A bit dated. Wifi was very weak. "

"There was a terrible smell in the house that we could not locate. Mould in both showers. Unclean. Swept/vacuumed but not mopped. Courtyard overgrown with weeds. Exposed wires in kitchen. Lounge was filthy. Holes in walls. In need of many repairs. The house is spacious and has the potential to be excellent, however, is very neglected. No communication from host even when I messaged about the smell. Definitely would not recommend. "

"Very friendly greeting from the owner of this very neat unit in a great location."

"It was upto our expectation and it was nice and spacious. The only cncern we had was the oven was a little dirty."

"I booked this with friends and family for a wedding weekend. 5,800 for three nights- there was a cockroach in the fridge, ants crawling in the sugar. Spiders next to the toilet. The lawn was over grown.Large pool and spa but no instructions on how to heat the spa up. Big house but definitely not worth how much we paid. "
