"Our first room had some broken plugs and ac but the front desk soon switched us to a new room which was a little bigger. It's a great location hotel with good parking, a great restaurant and makes a great stop on the way south after getting off the ferry or Channel Tunnel. The staff are excellent and the rooms very clean and slick."

"Excellent hotel"

"Nothing was good"

"Amazing hotel"

"Rooms very unhygienic, shower holder snapped, no warning about the very thin walls that prevented sleep due to outside noise just coming straight through. Amenities listed were not all there also ‘free breakfast’ the restaurant wasn’t open in the morning for this. We had a very late check in and were given nothing or even an apology for the delay also states English speaking staff there was none"

"Room was well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Hosts were friendly and helpful. A welcome change from the usual impersonal international hotels."

"Apartment was clean and very welcoming with washing machine and drying rack for longer stays."

"Simple hotel on the outskirts of Lens."

"Friendly helpful staff, lovely restaurant and room. Very nice place to stay."

"Nice size room Very friendly host Great breakfast"

"Excellent place and facilities!"

"Three of us stayed here for the Main Square festival. Perfect place to stop. Check in was really easy, apartment was clean and welcoming. Many thanks we had a lovely stay"

"Apartment was well equipped and spacious. Host was very kind and helpful. Lots of little touches that made property feel very “home-like”. This property offers excellent value"

"Unit was very clean and updated, however no access to wifi was given and television screen was smashed when we turned it on, totally unable to use"
