Including a paragraphs about his plights on maintaining the property with snow storms in the hurricane. When I called him because the directions were unclear he had a bad attitude.I’d strongly recommend shortening the instructions and deleting duplicate information on the 20 page thesis. Also, if you don’t have the capacity to treat your guests with a good attitude, you may want to look at a property...

"If you want quiet, rustic and "homey" this is the place for you! This place is nestled in a wooded area and definitely not on a paved road....just our style! The rustic looks and decor were perfect for our personal taste. The "worst" part of the stay was the lack of cell signal (we got 1 bar of 4g most of the time) but that didn't even bother us! We enjoyed being mostly disconnected for our stay. If you like being remote with the modern conveniences of lights & running water I HIGHLY recommend...

"This was just what my wife and I needed, the house was nice and clean and the property was secluded. We had a family of deer walk through in the morning. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this place again. Zac and very easy to talk to and responded very quickly."
