"Booked a room that showed a separate area with a pull out couch. This was not the case. Mis information when booking. Staff didn’t care nor did they even try to help"

"The property is not well kept at all there was a very strong odor of cigarettes. I checked into my room there was black running up the walls mind you the paint is beige. I stayed there for 5 mins before I decided I could not sleep here. The staff was helpful and kind and did not question why i was canceling my booking. "
