"Was told when we arrived that our room (2 queen beds) wasnt available due to was already booked and offered a 2 full size bed room which is not what i wanted. But didnt have many options since we were 5 hours from home. But rooms were nice and clean."

They even brought cake to my room for my birthday (I asked if they had any chocolate cake for my birthday) with a special note waiting for us when we got back that night. Everything was very clean and up to date. "

"There was only 1 working elevator for the rather large hotel. We were on the 9th floor so it was quite a pain. The keycard system on your phone is a great idea, but ours was very tricky to unlock the door. It took 5-6-7 times to get it scan correctly. "
