"Nice size room and great view. Easy parking. Love the luggage bench. New outlets and USB ports were great! Cons: No breakfast and no where close to get it. Even some fruit-bananas and apples- would have been appreciated. No cook when we went for dinner. No grab bars! Accident waiting to happen! Nice renovated shower, but no grab bars ruins it. And where are you supposed to put towels? They were wrapped up nice on our beds, and I found out quickly why. No where to put them! Clean or dirty! You...

The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. "Great property. Just be aware there is a number of steps and an incline to bring items into the house. Also the fire pit is across the street by the water and an uphill walk back to the house. "Gorgeous cabin with a view of Seneca lake. It was everything we needed for our stay. The location was key, we were a short drive from Watkins Glen to the south, Geneva to the north and Hammondsport to our west. We also found a cool little restaurant 3 minutes away called the Showboat. It was on the lake and had a cool vibe and good food. An overall very nice experience."

"My sister and I had a great stay. The house is freshly remodeled with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was nicely appointed with basic supplies and condiments. Location was great for us to be able to hit our favorite wineries. Owner very responsive and provided an excellent notebook with instructions and local suggestions. Location is close to railroad tracks as pictured. We were not bothered by the one train that passed during our stay."
