"This was supposed to be a newly renovated hotel! We arrived at about 4 pm and checked in and all was great. We returned to our room 4 hours later to find 2 inches of water on the bathroom floor, 4 inches of sewage in the bathtub, and the toilet wouldn't work. The front desk indicated the problem was in multiple rooms. We were added to a list for the sole maintenance person to address. They said there were no rooms we could move to. 2 hours later, when nothing had happened, we called again...

"The arrival staff was rather “stiff” and dae check out person was more friendly. Room was very comfortable as was the bed. What a surprise to have a selection of keurig coffees, snacks and ample bottled water. We had a minute finding the entrance but all was good. Would recommend to stay in this incredibly unique hotel.
