"A lovely quaint little room with nice staff"

"Quite a busy hotel as on the high street so open to the general public. We had to queue for breakfast on our 2nd morning at 9.30 and the breakfast items wasn’t replenished with still one hour of service left. The Grill restaurant was good but we were very disappointed with the food in The Tavern and would expect a better standard with James Martin’s name endorsing it. Our bed was very comfortable but I felt overall the room was lacking a bit of sparkle for the cost of the stay. Broadway is a beautiful village and we enjoyed the 10km walk upto Broadway Tower. "

"Beautiful location. Hotel felt past its prime, certainly for the price. I think you would get better deal booking direct with hotel as i had to pay extra to use the spa and breakfast, which not made clear until we were sat down for breakfast. Would be unlikely to retirn"

"A well appointed cottage, close to the centre of Chipping Camden. Despite closeness, it was very quiet, and very peaceful. Would thoroughly recommend"

"Great location, very short walk to town but quiet location. Well equipped, comfortable cottage with enclosed and private garden which was great for us and our dog. Well located for exploring the Cotswolds. "

"I last stayed here in 2016 and sadly it has since got a bit tired. Public areas, stair wells etc could do with some TLC and like so many hotels staffing seems stretched. Room 8 was uncomfortably warm even with the windows open and floor fan on. The Spa facility is at another establishment and attracts a £10pp fee so photos are rather misleading. Restaurant was very good with excellent staff. On site parking was limited and pretty tight but managed to find a space. Overall I enjoyed my stay, staff were friendly and did their best but some investment is needed to lift the Noel Arms back to its former glory"

"The staff were very friendly on arrival however there were some miscommunication and we were left for half an hour waiting to be checked in whilst we were missing the wedding which we questioned, the room was okay, quite small and basic but no issues, unfortunately there were skid marks in the toilet from someone else which then made us question the cleanliness, the light had a sensor in the bathroom and it kept going on and off during the night making a clicking noise which was quite annoying. "

"Great accommodation that suited 3 different generations and 4 separate family groups! Comfy, warm and the shared areas were excellent. We missed out on some potentially stunning views due to foggy weather but it's a lovely setting. The walk back from the village bar was super steep - be warned!"
