The building is situated in Ravensbourne on the main road, 5 minutes drive to central Dunedin and walking distance to the stadium. Make use of the cycle and walking trail that runs in front of the building.

There is potential for noise with road and rail links located between the building and the Harbour although the building is double glazed and sound insulated.

The apartment has 2 full sized bedrooms with queen beds, a small bedroom connected to the master bedroom and bathroom with a single bed and a sofa bed in the lounge.

AMAZING !! 100% recommend

Absolutely love this apartment - so warm and stylish. Beds were super comfy and facilities were pretty much perfect. I would recommend investing in some bikes so that visitors could cycle the awesome bike track in the future. We really LOVED this and would definitely come back again.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. We were down for our daughters 21st. We arrived to a cold snap. The accommodation had the heat pump on, electric blankets on.. Felt incredibly homely They have thought of everything, it's nice and clean and modern. Would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Loved the extra touches like the lolly jar and the assortment of teas. Was lovely and warm and the electric blanket had been turned on before you arrived. The welcoming note on arrival with some walks and dining suggestions was also lovely.
