10/10 Excellent

"We love taking advantage of all the fun things that Las Vegas has to offer, but we were looking for a non-gaming place to stay and we were happy to find this place through Expedia. Just checking in was magnificent because Wil at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Even though we had a car with us, it was great being able to walk to some local businesses like restaurants and shopping. It would be great to see this resort give its exterior a facelift to match the attractiveness of the interior."

"We booked through expedia for the bed and breakfast package. At no time could we get breakfast without waiting 45 minutes to an hour for the included buffet. If you’re going to offer a package like that you should put priority on the people staying in your hotel and paying your exorbitant resort fee charged daily to my room. Never coming back to the Winn or Encore. I will not recommend others to stay there."

"Definitely one of the nicer hotels in Vegas. Especially how old it is. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The hotel didn’t smell smoky which is great. The only thing is not having a fridge to put my own drinks in and the shower amenities were disappointing. The Hilton has better shampoo, conditioner, and lotion available."

"This hotel put me off staying at Hiltons forever. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, specifically those working the front desk (Sophia) and the general manager (Travis). We weren’t able to check in until 5pm (despite check-in being at 4pm, which is already late enough). The common areas and lobby are clean enough, but the rooms are extremely dirty. The pull out mattress had dark brown stains all over it, the couch was old and ratty, and the kitchen glasses and plates were disgusting. The pool is fine but the food and drinks are extremely expensive. The hotel dors not offer any complimentary breakfast or refreshments, and the Starbucks on the premises charges $15 for a large iced coffee. There are much nicer places to stay in Las Vegas that will give you a lot more for the amount you’re paying."
