"We didn’t think it was a Hotel when we pulled up to the curb, thought it was a brewery only. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed everything about this place from the friendly staff to the amazing atmosphere. Stay here and you will not be disappointed it’s truly remarkable. "

"We enjoyed our stay with two teenagers who were so pleased to have their own space. Apartment was clean and very spacious. Communication was clear to access the property and inquiries were responded to promptly. Plenty coffee shops across the road and a Tesco nearby. Easy walk to/from Waverly and the bus station. "

"Great apartment! Even nicer in person than I could have imagined from the photos, which already gave a good impression. Was pleasantly surprised to see my unit had two full bathrooms! For a one bedroom, that was awesome. Wish I could've stayed longer than a day, because it makes a nice retreat.
The base of the kitchen sink was the main thing noticeably dirty, which was unfortunate to see. But didn't take away from the whole experience. 15/1 and 15/2 have a deep stairway to get to the apt,...

"I loved the large room with a couch and sitting area. But especially, we really liked Johnathan and the way he took good care of us while at the hotel. Everything from recommendations on dinner to the whisky in the hotel whisky bar. He made everything even that much better. I highly recommend 24 Royal Terrace!"

"A convenient location on Queen St, New Town close to the Portrait Gallery, restaurants/ cafes and tourist sites. The number 1 apartment was spacious, quiet and on the ground floor (no lift for upper floors) and had 8 steep steps to the front door.
