"Excellent service, the room was really clean and smelt amazing. All the hotel staff I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Location was near to majority of shopping and Pop up Christmas markets."

They provided local info including eating options and laundry facilities. The room was immaculate in presentation and cleanliness, with rooms serviced each day. "The room was very clean and the heater/air worked well. I like the motion sensor night light and the electric curtains. The lady that checked us in was very nice. The only two complaints I had were that the bed was very hard and hurt my back. Also, the breakfast buffet was nice but I feel a bit pricey. The continental breakfast room service is not much cheaper."
