"Ordered 2 months in advance thinking I could reserve my room but once i got there they said wasn't able to pick my own room when i specifically got it for my daughter so she could swim but got second floor with no view of the pool whatsoever. Was very disappointed probably won't be going back."

"Horrible no puedes descansar porque tienen plaga de animales en la habitación, por la noche 3am desperté con un animal en mi cama, y revisando la cama al rededor después había los mismos animales alrededor de la cama muertos y en mi cama vivos 🙈 y les llevé el animal a Recepcion y sin resolver nada solo ofreciendo un desayuno Gratis ! (Claro que no voy a comer En un lugar donde tienen animales ) Pésimo servicio! Y solicité mi rembolso y no tuve ninguna respuesta ! No vuelvo a quedarme jamás en ese hotel. Para que busquen otra opciones mejores y no pasen el mal rato que yo pasé 😩"

"This hotel will be really nice once the renovations are completed. The room we stayed in was renovated and was clean and comfortable. The only issue i have is old furniture out back everywhere including the sidewalk area which seemed like a potential hazard. It seems like all if the old furniture could have been stored away from the hotel premises in the parking lot. But with that being said, I would definitely stay here again. Its also in close proximity to wet and wild and restaurants and stores. Nice location and good area."

"Room was not cleaned four days out of a5 day stay. We were asking for trash bags and towels from the front desk and anxiously looking for a vacuum cleaner to clean the room ourselves. Even though we bought it to the front desk attendant nothing came out of it. The shampoo bottle and body wash were empty and lack of toilet paper. Hall ways were very dirty to include both inside and outside premises. Worst experience ever"
