"Room was adequate, sadly it left a lot to be desired regarding cleanliness. The bottom of the inside of the wardrobe was thick with dust, as was the dressing table unit. One of the cups supplied for coffee hadn’t been washed properly. Although there was tea and coffee supplied there was no milk. The tv could only be switched on/off at the plug located on the wall behind the tv which was thick with dust too. Even the top of the peddle bin in the bathroom needed a good wipe. Bed linen was clean but mattress was lumpy and needed replacing. Most of the surfaces were clean on the top it just needed a good deep clean, shower screen needed a good clean too. The rest of the hotel was fine, clean stairs corridors etc. It was our room that let it down. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble from check in to check out, and the food and service were fine. Car parking was good"

"Decent budget-friend hotel though you pay a slight premium for being right on the seafront. They have a parking garage on a first come first serve basis for £8 per 24 hours, though it’s incredibly tight so big cars may struggle. There is lots of paid street parking (£0.95 per 30 minutes) that can often have you parked right outside the hotel if you time it right that runs from 9am to 6pm; max stay 4 hours during those times so it’s good for free overnight if you time it right."

"This place needs a deep clean. As soon as we opened the door we knew is wasn't clean due to the smell. Never had this problem at other rentals.The bathrooms had scum on sinks and unclean toilets. The carpets hadn't been vacuum and the tiled floors were sticky. The leather settee and chairs were cracked and grimy. The bed linen was clean but old and faded. Uncomfortable old matressess. Kitchen equipment like saucepans and baking trays needed replacing. Even found dirty cups in the cupboards. Very disappointed as in a convenient place for beach and amenities. Informed manager but no response. "
