"A bit of dusting in the room, perhaps, AC filter needs to change more often or consider using commercial grade vacuum cleaner. As for the bathroom sink, it is too small or the sink faucet should be replaced to a smaller one to fit the sink. As for the shower floor, a curbless shower floor design provides a wow factor but it is not ideal for daily usage due to drainage issue."

"The property worked well for us. Nothing fancy, just the basics. Once we got the door code in and out was smooth. Just felt like we were left hanging a little bit. Door code should be given earlier. Bathroom was okay but not great. Smelled like they needed to run some bleach in the pipes and the shower drain needed to be wedged open to let the water out. The mid-week cleaner just removed it. All in all, I’d stay there again."

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"The apartment was very clean. However, it needs to be updated as there are some stains on the walls and carpets. We like to make meals when we stay in an apartment… this kitchen had some kitchen supplies, but it could be better stocked. For example, one night we made pasta but needed to cook pasta in two separate pots as the apartment only had two very small pots to use.
