"Nice and cosy"

"Decent room in building in pub car park. Nicely decorated, good amenities. Bed/mattress were cheap but didn’t affect my sleep. No sockets adjacent to the bed which is always annoying. My first floor room only had a Velux window so no view outside. The bathroom was very small but well equipped with toiletries and soft towels. Included breakfast was very good. All in all, I was happy with this stay and felt it was good value. "

"Don’t let the the outside fool you. Inside the rooms are very well done and spotless. Breakfast was tasty, well cooked and hot. Coffee was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the allow dogs."

"Overall a lovely stay. Room would benefit from air conditioning though as was incredibly hot which made it difficult to sleep. Would however definitely recommend the hotel for a visit to Felixstowe. "
