"This was a wonderful house that was very clean and had everything we could ask for for a weekend stay. The hosts were helpful with any questions and left excellent instructions for anything a guest could need. While we may not have used the lake access, it was very nice to have, included kayaks available is wanted. "

"Check in was simple (we were giving a code for the lock during our stay). Location was slightly remote (it took maybe 20 minutes to go out to a restaurant), but the area was quiet and relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Loved the gorgeous location, wood interior and exterior, and the spacious porch. The bedroom was lovely - very comfy king bed. We liked the split shower head option in the bathroom too. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs - new and very nice appliances. Everything was very clean! The property was so quiet and peaceful - great for sleeping or just relaxing on the porch. The beehives were cool to see as well as the trails around the property. Even in August, there were some lovely wildflowers around. The host was very responsive and gracious. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful country stay close to Granbury and Glenrose! "

"I would give this property 4 stars Loved the porch and dock Ac worked greatWater was not deep but perfect for young kids to swim in. Kitchen needed cup towels and dish towels. We will rent again."
