Very economical hotel but whilst it is immaculately clean and tidy. Previous users have treated it badly and it shows

Very nice room with great option for a sofa bed. Good menu at the restaurant, and extremely helpful staff. Very clean facilities. A very lovely place to stay.

Great little hotel/pub. Staff are friendly and inviting. Will definitely stay here again if I’m I. The area

Our family of four stayed here for 2 nights. We had rooms in an adjoining wing to the old manor house. It was very quiet, the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the spa facilities and beautiful indoor swimming pool. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms could use some minor repair - carpet, grout, paint, but that didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the New Hall. The breakfast was delicious and located in the old house. The reception staff was EXCELLENT - very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly....

Honestly I just spent 3 days in that hotel and if there was a word better than flawless and amazing I would use it. 10/10 and highly recommend.

Location is great, close to the station. Lots of places to walk to for eating. Hotel breakfast was pretty good and plentiful. Overall a nice stay for 2 nights.

Room was spacious and very clean. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

Room was elegant, clean, tea/coffee/biscuits/chocolate available. Occasional to use the bar, barman was friendly, helpful and mixed a very good “old fashioned “.

Convenient walk to the NEC. Very clean with helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Nicely done conversion to a hotel from the old Coventry Telegraph building. They kept a lot of the memorabilia and feel from when it housed the newspaper. Room was a great size with a quite small but lovely bathroom.

It was just amazing
