"Preperty has a hidden 20 dollar amenity fee to artificially lower base rate. Read fine print. Multiple guests asked staff to turn up hot tub temp ( it was consistently 36-37 should be 39 (as per sign). They would not turn up temp. So you pay amenity fee and the amenity is crap."

"Excellent location! Steps to downtown Banff, grocery store, shops, restaurants and ski resort bus pickup is out the front door. For an old hotel, they have done a great job updating the rooms - price is reasonable. Only thing missing is a good restaurant (current one sits below the lobby and is like a cave. "

"We had the best week stay at Brewsters Mountain lodge! The rooms were beautiful, the view from the balcony was incredible and the bed was so comfy. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the centre of downtown Banff which was great for shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!
