"Beautiful log cabin in the woods. Enjoyed sitting on the porch taking in the lake view. While my son was fishing a tournament the area had great hiking opportunities for me and my dog. The property had mules and horses and the cutest little Scottie named Higgins. Beds were comfortable and the hosts were wonderful. "

"The staff was real helpful. The phone wasn't working in our room. Someone came and fixed it right away. If you are a coffee drinker, beware there is only a small one cup pot in the room. No problem with parking, there was plenty. The food was ok, we ate there a couple of days, but then we started going across the road from us from to the waffle house. We would stay there again, if in the area."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The sound of the waterfall was so relaxing - several places to just sit and listen, especially the porch swing. One morning there were deer in the creek and there was a squirrel family playing in the tree by the picnic table. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Great communication with the host. Hope we can come back some time!"

"The 1 elevator "could not be used". We are 71 and 72 years old. I've had 5 spinal surgeries and we had to lug all luggage up flights of stairs. The next morning a woman told me her 92 year old mother took an hour to be able to climb the steps. The front desk offered no offset, comfort or caring, it appeared to everyone!!!"
