"We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Foam Motel! One of the best parts was being able to walk straight onto the beach from our room. Having both a front and back door made it so convenient, and we loved relaxing on the patio with the ocean just steps away. Waking up to an incredible ocean view every morning was the perfect way to start the day. The beds were comfortable, the room had plenty of space, and there were more than enough outlets for all of our devices! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, beachfront stay in the OBX with easy beach access and beautiful views, we definitely recommend the Sea Foam Motel. We’d happily stay here again!"

"We had a great stay. Hotel was in the perfect location, right on the beach. Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and we were provided plenty of towels on request. The only thing I’d like to suggest is breakfast. As a plant based eater it would’ve been nice to have had an option of non-dairy milk for cereals, coffees. Our rate included breakfast but I needed to go to the store for items. But still 10 out of 10"

"We really enjoyed ourselves and the location was perfect and the view was amazing.We had just a few issues but nothing that I thought warranted a phone call to the management company. One of the beds had something on the sheet. We swept the main living area because of chip crumbs and other debris, but it was minimal. When the sun rises you cannot sit in the living room, it blinds you. There are no shades or curtains to help with the intense glare. Would any of these things make us not come back, absolutely not. Our entire group all agreed it was a great place."

"Here is an honest review for those looking to discover OBX. The Dolphin is strategically located right on the beach. Everyday you'll have the opportunity to walk through a small little tunnel and you have your own Beach. I found this to be great you literally have airbnbs across the street and the big differences they have to use the public beaches. The Dolphin also . Leads you into Hatteras which is great if you have an off-road vehicle. The staff were wonderful always accommodating. They leave you alone you won't see them unless you need something everyone there was polite and the guy who runs the place Jim is fantastic. While it might not be for everyone if you're the person who's looking to get away with your spouse and you're not even going to spend that much time where you stay this place is perfect. It's literally get up in the a.m. come home at the end of the day and then you can walk in the evening and everything's right there. It really was what we were looking for."
