"Staff were nice and helpful. Elevator was broken, walking to the fourth floor is not fun. TV was broken, not a huge deal but would be nice in the evening. Bathrooms are super small and the room needs a major update. Amazing location, close to the beach. "

"My husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise and it was the perfect location. The property was exactly as listed, it was a block from the beach and great food options nearby. It was also only about 20 minutes away from the Miami port (in traffic). The staff was also accommodating, check-in wasn’t until 3p and our flight landed earlier than expected and they let us check-in slightly earlier. I would definitely stay again when I visit Miami! "

"Room overlooked the pool"

"The staff was very attentive but the room was odd. The door to the shower was clear glass so you could fully see the person showering from anywhere in the room. We had to use the futon sheet to block the view. The safe was beyond broken (parts were removed). The location was 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to restaurants and stores, "
