"This is by far the best hotel that we have stayed at on south beach. There is a family friendly atmosphere but with nightlight for date night right near by. The staff is extremely accommodating. We weren’t able to get a beach view but that was irreverent because seeing Collin’s ave and the skyline at sunset was equally as beautiful. "Let’s start with the good. Wonderful staff, very accommodating, amazing food, pool area is fantastic and great accommodation. Not so good. My husband stepped on a shard of glass in our room outside area that had a sunken Jacuzzi. One of the front desk ladies told us all sunken Jacuzzis were not working and jets had been turned off. When chatting with other guests around the pool that was not the case. It would just have been nice if they told us the truth."
