"We were disappointed with our experience. The reception staff did not seem welcoming or interested in helping guests, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable from the start. We also requested a service before arriving to the room, but when we got there, it had not been done. Unfortunately, this affected our stay and left us unsatisfied."
