"Room was very clean and organized. They always have stacked of water bottles and fresh towels when you need them. They make up the bed, clean the floor and bathroom every day. Staff are nice and helpful. Outdoor pool is nice, clean and warm. Hot tub is also nice and clean! We have a pool view which is nice if you just want to hangout in the balcony and relax or maybe read your favorite book."

"This was day 16 of a US road trip and this was BY FAR my favorite stay. 1 block away from Duval St. Free drink tickets. Great bed and pillows. Microwave, fridge. Everything was GREAT! Only downside was we went to bed at 10 and the nearby bar was still playing loud live music, however the loud AC unit drowned it out lol. Ice machine could use something to make it look cleaner/better, but still produced ice just fine. Breakfast was pretty much entirely bread/muffins/cereal/bagels. Parking was not free, which is also a bummer. But being so close to everything we wanted made up for it."

"The property was very clean and well kept by staff. Outdoor pool area was very clean and the pool was clean and nice. We didn’t have a car but it looked like there was plenty of parking available. The managers concierge staff and cleaning personnel were extremely friendly and helpful."

"Some of the house keepers didn’t speak English which was occasionally a problem for us and other guests.Also, it would be nice if they had drinks and snacks available 24 hours because the marketplace closes too early and low a bit lacking. Once the marketplace closes closes you’re stuck with the bar or restaurant but who wants to order a pizza when all you want us some popcorn? Besides that, the place is beautiful and very well maintained. We had an enjoyable experience."

"The staff was friendly and we upgraded our room once we arrived (for a fee) and the room was great! I will say I was a little disappointed on the “beach”. There was a small access spot to the water which was very rocky and even had a sign to wear water shoes."

"We had a wonderful stay at La Concha Hotel in Key West! The location on Duval Street was one of the biggest highlights..it was within perfect walking distance of so many of Key West’s attractions, restaurants, bars, and things to do, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Having onsite parking was also a huge benefit, especially in Key West where parking can be difficult to find. The hotel bar was excellent, and the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, La Concha was a great choice for a Key West stay, especially if you want to be right in the heart of everything!"
