"Little beaver Inn was cozy, clean, quiet, and quaint. We enjoyed walking to the pond nearby and the local fare at the Pantry for breakfast, as well as sitting on the front porch overlooking the local creek. "
"Loved the scenery around the hotel and easy access to the conference I attended. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. I have only one concern there was no elevator but they gave me a room on the 1st floor and allow for an early check-in with no charge. "
"Staying at this B&B is a pure treat! There is nowhere you could possibly find a better view. Ann Marie and Dane prepare wonderful breakfasts and great conversation and service. It is off the beaten path so if you love quiet and nature and beauty then this is the place for you. Be sure to leave time to enjoy the experience of being there. You will have regrets if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night. "

Your mountain getaway on 30 pristine acres! Beautiful home with hottub, stream.
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay at this mountain getaway. The scenery was beautiful. "
"This was the perfect space for our active family of five. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. Instructions from the property manager were clear and the process was well organized. We especially enjoyed the large deck, pool table, and overall outdoor space!"
"We are from MN - Colorado and Bear Cub Lodge was our first trip to the mountains with the kids, and this place took our breath away. The kids (13,15,17) explored the large area surrounding the house and would disappear for a couple hours at a time. That’s what I wanted! - To see them make an adventure out of the rocks, hilly landscape, and then come home to play some ping pong, foosball, and end the night in the hot tub. As far as a stocked kitchen - if they don’t have it, you don’t need it. This is actually one of the more robustly stocked kitchens I’ve ever rented, and the upgraded appliances are really nice. I would have to say my favorite thing is actually the book the owner put together. It is one of the most robust and informative of its kind I have seen in any rental I have had. I highly recommend going to Woodland Park and spending a day there just browsing the town. Grab yourself a beer at the local brewery, do some shopping and, if you’re like me and like to get a tattoo when I travel, Celestial Tattoo is phenomenal. The family really loved the dinosaur museum as well. We did white water rafting in Buena Vista (also the highest concentration of mountain peaks over 14,000 feet in the lower 48 ). Garden of the Gods is only 40 minutes away, and Eleven Mile Canyon is a MUST!Also, if anyone is curious, we are “bed snobs,” and these beds are extremely comfortable! Take it from me - this host has his stuff together! "
"The cabin was perfect, quiet, well-kept, had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the scenery and peace and quiet. The landlords and manager were so responsive when we had questions, we had a wonderful time. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the cabin! Quaint and cozy with an awesome waterfall and the host is very responsive. We would 100% recommend staying here. "
"For the benefit of our dogs, we sought a 4th of July escape from urban fireworks. We were delighted to find that Craig's cabin was well represented by the listing photos. The cabin is equipped with a mini-split cooling system, which kept it quite comfortable despite rising daytime heat; comfortable beds ensured restful nights. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the elevated food and water station for the dogs."
