"We really enjoyed our stay at The Silver Tree Cabin. It was just as described and shown in the pictures. It was very clean and was also very well stocked, We also enjoyed being able to travel with our dog.Wayne was an excellent host. Something we really appreciated was the Ingle's discount cards available for use. The kitchen probably is stocked with enough dishes and cookware to cook a holiday meal if you wished to do so.The decks really allowed us to enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains from the cabin. The fenced in yard was really not usable for us. It is pretty steep as are the steps going to it.I would definitely recommend staying there if you are going to visit the Lake Lure area."

"We stayed there recently and we absolutely loved the pool and the hot tub. Shaun and Jody are amazing hosts. Our cabin as one of the cabins that isn’t quite remodeled yet but it’s in great condition and was big enough for an entire family ! It was spotless and the bed was comfortable. My only wish list was to have a mountain view but for the price I’d definitely stay there again. We loved how close we were to the lake and Chimney Rock. Great place to relax and breathe in the fresh air."

"Overall the stay was great. The rooms and views are really good. Some positive criticism would be to have the office open earlier on the weekends for guests to get coffee and for there to be a heads up about the hot water not fully functioning first thing in the morning. Would stay again."

"Cute little house. Very clean. No dishwasher but we weren’t home much to make a mess. Couldn’t find a check-in email with door code but Evolve responded quickly with info. It’s off a moderately busy 55 mph road so traffic noise was heard but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again."

"Bob was wonderful to work with throughout our rental process. He was super responsive and helpful. There were clear checkout instructions left at the house so we didn’t have to wonder about any details we were responsible for. The house was well equipped for entertaining two teen girls when we encountered a rainy afternoon. Plenty of fun options in the game room on the lower level. One detail that might be helpful is to know that the lower level of the house can only be accessed by the exterior stairs. We thought we would be able to walk down from inside the top floor, but you need to go out the front door and down the stairs to enter the basement level. Wasn’t really an issue for us, but it is worth noting.Lovely weekend at this cabin directly on the lake. We were so happy to see Lake Lure back in beautiful shape once again after the devastation from Helene."
