"Room was generally in good condition and clean. Some of the hallways and general areas were looking a little tired but this did not detract from the very pleasant atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful. Parking facilities good if not a little expensive."

"Good choice to stay"

"**Beautiful Hotel, Disappointing Customer Service!** Our stay began pleasantly. The hotel was beautiful, and staff initially seemed welcoming. But our experience changed over a dirty microwave. We politely asked the front desk to have it cleaned. After three hours away, we returned with food to find it untouched. The manager admitted housekeeping had been notified but had not acted. Instead of arranging a simple cleaning, she repeatedly offered to move us, although we had already settled...

"Buena atención y servicio en todas las áreas, limpieza, orden y buena comida.Lo recomiendo 100% Gracias"

"Clean room and excellent bed. Some great staff. No hot tub and pool was mobbed by kids. Location was great. Breakfast buffet was anemic and table service extremely slow. Even with a full day's notice of early arrival it was almost a three hour wait for room to be ready. Front desk staff made it clear that 3 pm check-in was still doing us a favor. I expected better service."

Called me a liar, manager said she purposely was going to make me wait until 3:01pm. She wouldn’t even speak to me about my concerns simply told me how it was going to be and hung up the phone. The room was dirty, no pool available, construction everywhere, no sitting room in the lobby, they charged to use the...

"Nice hotel but rooms are not so good"

"This place was so nice and quaint just right for a family of 2 or 3 or a couple. It was very clean bedroom clean, extra pillows and blanket, good amount of bath towels and amenities. Easy entrance access and the neighborhood was beautiful close to food stores and beach. I would definitely stay there again. 5+ Stars."
