Beach Time is a newly constructed private three-bedroom, two-bath, two-level vacation destination with heated salt-water swimming pool that is close to the beach and conveniently located at the northern end of Fort Myers Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will love the location of this home and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you at the end of Delmar at the deeded beach access right across Estero Blvd. Be close to all the action of Times Square here, including the new Margaritaville Resort. Charter boats, jet-skis, and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Hop the Beach Trolley at the stop on the corner of Estero Blvd. and you can explore the retail shops, local tourism sites and eateries that Estero Island has to offer. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Amenities of this vacation destination include a heated salt-water swimming pool, outdoor shower poolside, a gas BBQ grill, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi, electric car charger, all towels and linens and private laundry. There is ample off-street parking and two covered spaces beneath the home.

Enter via steps to an open, furnished and covered front deck, then into the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas with volume ceilings. There is beautiful ceramic wood tile flooring throughout. Decor is contemporary/beachy. The large kitchen has plenty of cabinets and granite counter space. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, glass-top 5-burner range with dual self-cleaning convection ovens, built-in above-range microwave oven with air fryer capability and refrigerator/freezer with two refrigerator doors and pull-out freezer drawer with dual ice-maker so that you never run out of ice. The water and ice dispenser is located in one of the refrigerator doors. There is a double stainless steel sink with disposal and a Keurig coffee maker. A granite-top island has cabinets on the kitchen side with four upholstered high-boy bar seats on the other side. Everything is available to prepare full course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! The adjacent dining area has a table seating six, which flows nicely into the living area with an L-shaped sofa with queen-size sleeper sofa on one side, accent tables and lamps. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with an 86-inch wall-mounted flat screen TV above.

The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed with night stands and lamps, ample closet space, triple dresser and a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the covered and furnished front deck. The en suite bath has a quartz vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a very nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass wall and door. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, ample closet space, a triple dresser with large wall-mounted flat screen TV above. The second guest bedroom features a queen-size bed alongside twin bunk beds with built-in ladders—perfect for kids. The room also includes a nightstand with a lamp, a five-drawer chest, ample closet space, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for added comfort and convenience. The adjacent guest bathroom has a quartz vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower. Behind folding doors is a laundry area with stacked washer and dryer.

On the lower level there is secure access to the back yard with privacy fence as described above, with heated salt-water swimming pool on a paved deck, NEW 64" outdoor TV, outdoor furnishings, a gas grill, and outdoor poolside shower. Conveniently located on the pool level, a stylish half bath offers easy access for guests enjoying the outdoors. Perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. Part of the lanai area is covered and has ceiling fans.
