The Salt Loft - An Idyllic Hideaway In The Heart Of Fowey

"Our stay at Salt loft was fantastic. Fowey was excellent and our location was perfect bang in the middle of town. Driving through was interesting on the narrow streets but the loading bay opposite the entrance was a bonus. Great size flat for the 2 of us and all equipment and ammenities were in great condition. Bed and sofa very comfortable and we really liked the decor. We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time."
"Breakfast good. Took a while for table to be ready and longer for tables to be cleared. Needed a manager directing staff to clear quicker and get ready. "
"AMAZING!!! A beautiful, very clean boutique hotel with a prime location in Fowey. The staff were friendly and helpful from the waiting staff to the barmaid to the housekeeper. A clear passion for the business that they are a part of.
The food was exceptional I only wish we had a longer stay so we will have to come again.

"What a fantastic stay we had as two couples celebrating my birthday. How lucky was I to receive a complimentary room upgrade which was a great surprise.
The room had a side view overlooking the water, a comfortable king bed and spacious bathroom.
Breakfast was plentiful with so many cooked options.
The hotel was central in Fowey, so everything was easily walkable. Sitting on the terrace with a drink on the water was a really calming area.

"The location was excellent & the views to die for! Each floor had a balcony so you could take your pick of where to sit & relax. The decor was inviting, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable & the 2 bathrooms were great. The icing on the cake for us was the carpark."

"Clean, simple and well-equipped cottage. Parking at the top of town, but because you can onload the car literally outside the door, this was not an issue."

"Place View is a prettily decorated, very cosy house in the heart of Fowey, with easy to access shops, restaurants and the harbour and very near the church so be ready for bells to ring all thru the night! The beds are comfy with nice linens and the big bath off the master bedroom is great to soak in after a day of walking. View from the tub is stunning! The house is so well equipped and a lovely welcome basket was gifted to us with cheese and wine. We loved it."
