"We stayed for short break at Christmas. Everything we needed, the kitchen was well perfect, and felt so homely. Lovely touches, mince pies left, stock of wood for fire, waste bags, salt pepper, milk... Just the little things. Truly happy, and now relaxed after lovely break. "Beautiful cottage in the middle of Cornwall surrounded by beautiful countryside. Everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. Car absolutely essential to get to many of the places one would like to visit in that part of Cornwall, e.g. the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Padstow, etc. Narrow lanes to drive to get anywhere but in September, not much traffic on the road, so it was okay. Food access - supermarket or restaurants not close, so plan well. Great place for a few days of rest and relaxation."
