"チェックインの時何の説明もなし　大浴場もお湯が抜かれていてとても汚く入浴出来ない状態　受け付けの人を何度呼んでも誰も出て来ず結局はホテルの人を見たのは部屋のキーを渡してくれた時だけ　宿代が安かったからと自分に言い聞かせて帰路に着いた"

"新しいホテルで、きちんと清掃もされており、部屋は快適でした。深夜の到着でもスタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応くださり、ありがたかったのですが、コインランドリーを使用しようとしたところ、全てに洗濯物が入っており、１つは使用中で、残りは洗濯終了しているが取りにこない。フロントに言っても、暗証番号でナンバーロックするようになっているので、本人でないと取り出せないといわれ、夜中2時に車で近隣のコインランドリーにいくはめになり、最悪の宿泊でした。スタッフの方は終始丁寧で、チェックアウトでも謝罪があったが、客のマナー頼みの設備は考えてもらいたいです。"
