"Great location with grocery shopping and other stores, restaurants within walking distance. The room was spotless and the view was very pleasant. The room service was very efficient and arrived quickly. I think the could have used a clock so that when you woke up in the night you knew what time it was and also the hair dryer kept turning off. That was very inconvenient. The front desk staff assisted me with all of my tours and answered all of my questions. All in all it was a very good experience and I would return."

"Great staff and rooms were really nice. Looked like they had recently been remodeled or updated. Bed and sofa were a bit worn out but otherwise great. The road up to the hotel is windy and gets very narrow the closer to the top. Doable, but be ready for some driving excitement. Staff was awesome!"

"Hotel location and parking were extremely hard to find and navigate. The hotel in itself was nice and had kind staff. Our room was upgraded but it had a very strange layout. Tub was in the middle of the room which is awkward if traveling with friends and family, the shower and sink leaked into the main room, and there was insufficient lighting. Other than that it was a pleasant stay! "

"We liked everything about this hotel…except problems with breakfast during our entire stay.. For the three days that we were guests at this lovely hotel, we found that there was just not enough staff to manage keeping the tables clean, getting adequate food on the buffet table, refilling the platters, putting out sufficient mugs, etc. The two staff members who were working were polite with our requests, and very respectful, but they just couldn’t do it all on their own. This needs to be rectified for the hotel to be truly deserving of a 5-star rating. "

"Hotel was really well located and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. We were disappointed with the room as it was incredibly tight, there was no natural light and really no air flow making it feel stuffy - FYI. We flagged to hotel but they were unwilling with change our room to a better one without us paying more. That bit was disappointing."
