"The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Loved the balconys above the creek it was beautiful sitting out there in the mornings, and evenings. Breakfast was nice, and the ladies serving the hot food wete very sweet. We had a very nice relaxing time, and will definitely stay again."

"I would 100% recommend staying here for your next Tennessee trip. The location of this resort is ideal. The condos are well kept an spacious. amazing great size park onsite for families with children, along with a large indoor poor and outside lazy river. The staff here were kind and helpful. But there manager Bree went above and beyond with a problem we had and was so quick in helping us resolve it. We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend this resort ."

"The rooms and hallways were very clean and fresh smelling. I have allergies to mold and have issues with other nice hotels that smell musty in hallway and the AC units. This was not the case here. Fresh clean air in every area. Very pleased and will definitely be our new stay in PF."
