"Our room was better than expected. The 2 king sized beds were separated by the bathroom. Pots and pans were available for cooking. It was a good sized fridge in the room too. All staff we encountered were amazing! The view from the balcony was wonderful! 10/10 will stay here again! "

"Our room was clean and very nice. The beds were a little uncomfortable but I like a firmer mattress. The breakfast was unexpected! Just thought it would be grab and go but there was Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, yogurt and oatmeal with toppings available, MYO waffles and bagels and toast, milk and juice and coffee. The staff was great and didn’t make me feel like I ruined their day by asking questions or requesting a new car tag lol the indoor pool and hot tub was great! Everything worked and was clean! The outdoor pool and hot tub was great too! Heated pools are always nice in cold weather lol we will be back 100%!!!!!! Thank you BW Toni for a nice weekend!"

"My family and I loved everything about this hotel. The complimentary breakfast, snacks, and drinks were all delicious. The hot tub and pool were perfect for our kids. Also the location is so close to all of the best stuff in Pigeon Forge. This will be our go to for our next visit! "
