"I was placed in room 122. Upon pulling around to park, immediately saw the blue tarp and said , yep thats where we'll be. Sure enough it was for the bedroom. The first night, we got almost no sleep from all the outside news of traffic and loud revving cars combined with guests talking out by their cars. I went in living room area and it was much quieter so it was due to some insulation issues with the window there from the apparent fire that had occurred by looking at the siding at the top of the tarp. Why were we assigned a room with the bedroom having such a blatant issue?!?!?! My wife and I tried earbuds the 2nd night that helped slightly but then struggled to hear our small children during the night when speaking to us. So the 3rd night we abandoned the earbuds to hear the kids and I got a whopping 2.5 hours of scattered sleep before an 11 hour drive home. Also the area in the shower by the shower head seemed very unpolished and damaged. Very disappointed that we were placed in a room that should have been blocked off until full repairs were made."

"The breakfast was okay, there were not many choices but it was still edible and okay, it was loud from the cars on the strip (not really the hotels fault just something to keep in mind) other than that we enjoyed our 3 night stay it was close to everything !"

"Got to the hotel after an 8 1/2 hrs drive for the front dest just to say there system was down and couldnt do checkins. Thankfully I was able to call Travelocity and am supposed to be refunded"

"Room was old but clean. Everything in the room seemed to work properly. The beds were comfortable. The elevator pops when passing the second floor but worked fine. Not a bad place to stay. "

"We were looking for a pizza & beer place to eat after our hike to Mt. LeConte. Unable to find a place before closing, we saw that the hotel had a restaurant "Kitchen+Bar". Our meal couldn't have been more perfect! Our witty & pleasant bartender/waitress Frances O. rocked it! Our "build your own" pizza with our added request of green chilis was outstanding! Kudos to the chef as well! We also appreciated Celeste, and all her helpfulness! Keep up the good work!"

"The room was so clean and spacious for our family of 5. A fun hotel with a lot of activities and food places nearby. Definitely will visit again if we come to Pigeon Forge. "
