The villa is constructed on a 20,000 sq ft land in a tropical setting with tall palm trees. The living area is 6,000 sq ft has 3 living rooms, 6 bedrooms and 6 en-suite bathrooms sleeps up to 22 people.
The villa has the beach and turquoise sea right at its doorstep. The villa has been completely remodeled with fine furnishings, high end bedding, high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, fiber optic cable TV with the widest variety of HBO.

The villa is equipped with the following:
