"Really value for money for a London stay. Close to tube and property ok to just doze off at night after a long day. The AC didn't work but got water was fine. No kettle in room but shampoo and hand wash available. Best not to venture late at night since the area could be a bit scary, especially if you are alone."

"The location is good in terms of getting into central London with Hammersmith tube only a short walk. The rooms are really three star, basic with only a kettle and some water as frills. We did not find the bed too comfortable, and the bathroom looked like was due for upgrade. Breakfast was very good with a lot of quality ingredients and options. The lifts / elevators need attention with long waits and more than 5 people was an overload. Also getting in and out of the hotel was not straightforward, the lobby is on the first floor so you have to get a small lift up one floor. It would be better to have an escalator and is an obvious upgrade. Parking is £1.50 per hour with a code the hotel give you on checkout. I don't think for the price-point I will return, there are newer and better options available locally. "

"Internet was fine. Staff were great. Breakfast was below average. Had to pay refundable deposit for potential smoke damage! I don't smoke or cook which I mentioned to no avail! Bed was VERY hard. Bathroom was great with a lovely shower. I didn't need it but room servicing is expensive and only free on stays of 8 days or longer."
