The WiFi didn’t work well in our room, which was frustrating as we didn’t have International calling and had to rely on WiFi for research and communications. "

I think hotels should notify you that the room you have been given may be noisy and offer alternative room. Not until the 2nd night was this offered. But we was leaving at 04:00 so didnt make a difference"

"I stayed to use the leisure facilities, which were excellent. The grounds are beautiful, as is the location. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The room was in good condition and nicely stocked. It was lovely to have tea and coffee facilities and products in the bathroom. "
