"Check in was good, nice and new check in area. Rooms dated and not at all clean. Check out was at 12noon but we were woken at 9am by the cleaning staff asking us to leave the room so they could prepare it, same at 10am and again at 11am. Would not stay here again due to the above."

"Very torn whether to say my stay was ok or good. On one hand the staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was also spotlessly clean. The room was very small. 2 people getting changed for the evening involved a coordinated ballet thatvI didn't have the energy for. The room did have 2 opening windows which was brilliant. I think the deciding factor was the single tea bag allowance. Yes I know I could have requested more, but a hotel in this price bracket should do better. Breakfast was good, mainly thanks to wonderful fresh bread. The cooked selection didn't tempt me but the continental was nice."
