"Stayed in shared female dorm as solo traveller. Room and pod were clean and cozy. Felt safe. A bit noisy at night since it’s in the middle of the city but they provided earplugs. Bathrooms were generally clean and available to use without waiting time (bring your own bodysoap, shampoos, etc. towel can be rented and they have hairdryer). Wifi works great. Staff were friendly. They also let you store your luggage for free. Recommended."

"We had booked 2 rooms for 2 and 3 nights each. My son was given an upgrade which was nice and the location is fantastic. Hence the 3 stars. As far as our room was concerned the pros were that the carpet was new and the bathroom was newly fitted too. Water pressure was also good. The cons: The construction work is ongoing. The elevator key card readers archaic. The thermostat inside the room was very tricky to operate and would revert back to higher temperatures. As a result the room was constantly stuffy, humid and smelly due to lack of air circulation. The intercom remained dead for the duration of our stay. As a result we had to physically go to the Front desk every time we had an issue. The staff would assure us that they would take care of the matter but no action was ever taken. The Twin mattresses was substandard, uncomfortable and the sheets that were visibly dirty were never changed despite requesting twice. We had great hopes however, our stay was quite disappointing mainly due to staff indifference."

"The hotel was very convenient to stay at the night before my morning international flight. The check in staff were very helpful, the room was perfectly functional and spotless. I would absolutely stay here again. While I didn’t get the opportunity to try out any of the amenities, the hotel overall had warm, welcoming vibes - the lounge/bar area looked like a great spot to sit and enjoy a drink."
